The Wild Return is a six-week descent into the aliveness of plants — their mythology, their medicine, and the wisdom they hold for the body, the psyche, and the spirit. Together we open the doorway to plant channeling and spiritual herbalism, drawing you closer to Mother Gaia and closer still to yourself. This is a reclamation: a turning toward the wild, untamed feminine that lives beneath everything you were told to restrain. Across three plant allies and three ancient archetypes, you'll learn to alchemize the pain of restriction and oppression into authentic authority — your power, fully inhabited, fully yours.

The Witch - Mugwort
The dream-walker, the dark-mirror, the herb laid beneath the pillow for centuries to part the veil between waking and vision. Mugwort sharpens intuition and stirs the subconscious awake. With her, we uncover the Witch within — the part of you that has always known how to see in the dark, and is finally ready to stop hiding it.

The Huntress - Calendula
Golden, sun-faced, and unflinchingly direct. Calendula has long been used to heal what's been wounded and to clear what no longer serves the body. With her, we align with the Huntress — the instinct in you that knows exactly what it's tracking, and trusts itself enough to move.

Warm, languid, and long used to awaken pleasure and open the senses. Damiana softens the grip of the mind and invites the body back into feeling. Here, we return to the earth. We sit with plant allies as teachers, not tools. We call on the archetypes that live in our bones — the witch, the huntress, the seductress— and we let them speak. We create medicine and open doorways, clearing a path within our psyches and connecting who we are with where we want to be.

This in-person workshop will be hosted by Elevated Wellness + Movement Studio located at 3 Claridge Dr, Verona, NJ 07044.
Each of the six sessions will run from 1-3pm Sundays from 1/24/27 to 2/28/27
Session one: Opening Ceremony
We open the circle with a tea ceremony, an anointing ritual, and a plant meditation to mark our initiation. Names are spoken, intentions set, and we walk through the plants, the archetypes, and the path ahead — including how our Telegram circle will hold us between sessions.
Session two: Uncovering the Witch within
We meet Mugwort, the plant of vision and dream, and the archetype of the Witch — the part of you that knows, that sees, that has always practiced in the dark.
Session three: Aligning with the Huntress
We meet Calendula, the plant of the sun and the gut, and the archetype of the Huntress — the one who moves with clear intention toward what she wants.
Session four: Learning to receive with the Seductress
We meet Damiana, the plant of pleasure and the sacral, and the archetype of the Seductress — the one who knows that receiving is its own kind of power.
Session five: Alchemy
We bring the Witch, the Huntress, and the Seductress together. You'll learn to craft your own spell work — weaving plant, intention, and archetype into a practice that's entirely your own.
Session six: Graduation
We close the circle as we opened it — together. Personal shares, final creations, and a closing ritual and transmission to carry the wild return forward into your life.
